Exercising in Zero-G

Feeling very down this morning as I sat and looked at the unending list of spreadsheet edits before me, I lamented my lot in life.  Why was I not a National Geographic photographer?  Why was I not a rocket scientist working for NASA?  The latter point let me to NASA's web page where a web-cam displayed a chap on the Space Shuttle (STS-129) performing exercises.  There he was, miles above the Earth's atmosphere, hurtling at imperceptable speed around our planet, doing squat-thrusts in zero gravity.  I wondered whether he got to that position by lamenting his lot.
